BENEATH THE SILVER MOON
With the theme of winter solstice, Beneath the Silver Moon depicts the longest night of the year with motifs of organisms dying and withering in the cold while the moon watches silently from above. The Chinese Lantern plant was chosen as a symble of disintegration as it progressively reveals a cage-like structure while decaying in winter. Patterns of mould are also incorporated into the withering plants.
